Daily digest emails

pocketPG can send a daily email summary of health findings across your saved instances.

Setup

Toggle the digest on or off in the Account tab under Digest Preferences.

What it checks

Multiple health checks run per instance, and one failed check does not block the rest:

1. Dead tuple pressure
2. XID wraparound risk
3. Vacuum lag
4. Lock waits
5. Replication slots (inactive with high WAL lag)
6. MXID wraparound risk
7. Inactive replication slot WAL lag
8. Vacuum horizon blockers

Delivery rules

• Runs at most once per day per user.
• Only sent when critical or warning findings exist — zero noise on healthy instances.
• Large account digests are bounded to keep delivery reliable.
• Sent via the Resend API (same infrastructure as trial expiry emails).
• Healthy checks are recorded so the app does not repeatedly re-check and resend noise.
